You can schedule for us to pick up your return for free within 30 Days
for unused and unopened items. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on
lumber, or you can choose to receive a full refund in points to your
account.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be
eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition
that you received it, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

* Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return
team at  Okanhanj@gmail.comto initiate the return process.
* Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will
schedule the date and time window for the item pick-up.
* Prepare the Item: Ensure that the item is in its original packaging
(if applicable) and undamaged.
* Return: A delivery fee applies to pick up your returned items based
on the delivery type [1] and the total weight. We will collect your
items at the scheduled date and time; please place them where the truck
can park. For truck-bed deliveries, customers must load items onto the
truck, and if you require the driver to load your items, additional fees
may apply.

REFUND PROCESS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify
you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is
approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

* Opened or used products
* Gift Cards or Store Credits are final and can only be used for
purchasing
* Special Promotions and Discounted items
* Concrete Forms

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us
